We are the 4th generation of The Anderson Family to serve food in Concord, MA. (5th generation to be found serving ice cream out back) to locals and travelers from this location over the past 100 years! L. Anderson and Sons known as Andersons Market was a grocery store and catering business for the first 3 generations. Back in the 1700's,(The Grist Mill) now Main Streets Cafe, was used for storing ammunition during the Revolutionary War. |
Six years ago, we expanded our restaurant onto Main Street in Concord (Please check our hours at the top of this page!) Please come sit and enjoy all that we have to offer. We are trying to provide an old world atmosphere in this hectic world, even if it is just for a minute, so you may want to leave your cell phone and lap top in the car. Our original cafe located down our alley, that housed us since 2000, the first five years, is Now Serving: Burritos, Pizzas, Hotdogs, Sandwiches, Smoothies & Ice Cream TAKE-OUT , enjoy our bench seating in the alleyway or the tables on the enclosed deck. |
